Swan Valley, Australia: An Ark of Taste Strudel (with recipe!) and Benefit for Earthquake Victims 9 November 2016 An event held by Slow Food Swan Valley to showcase local ingredients and raise money for quake victims. To put an interesting local twist on proceedings, the Amatriciana sauce was prepared using Smooth Skin Geraldton tomatoes, a local Ark of Taste product.
