Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance – Building Connections 4 October 2016 Claire Ryan It has been six years since the first Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance officially began. Today, there are 15 countries from all parts of the globe with active chapters. Now that the project has officially attained an international presence with hundreds of chefs dedicated to the principles of Slow Food, the goal is to build a cohesive and connected network between chefs and producers and among member chefs themselves.
