Slow Food Travel is a sustainable culinary tourism program creating interactive travel experiences that support rural communities and promote local culinary heritage. The program, launched in 2016, promotes the Slow Food philosophy and makes Slow Food Presidia and Ark of Taste products accessible to both domestic and international travelers.
