Slow Food Ireland Guide

The second Slow Food Ireland guide is bigger and better and growing organically from the first edition, published in 2003. Edited by Clodagh McKenna, the guide provides very helpful information on Ireland’s artisan food producers, local Farmer’s Markets, quality retail outlets and even some linked organizations and groups.
