The Stichelton: a history of passion for raw milk cheeses.
Joe Schneider and Randolph Hodgson, the two pioneers who decided to fight for the “holy grail of cheesemaking” and to rediscover the creaminess and the unmistakable taste of the traditional Stilton, are coming to Bra (Piedmont, Italy) to showcase their story at Cheese* 2013. The international Cheese fair has created a great network of cheesemakers and artisans who gather in Bra every two years to present their products, meet co-producers and discuss old and new challenges of the trade, existing laws and regulations and market prospects.
