Discover South Africa’s Raw Milk Products at Cheese 2013

In Europe, we generally don’t associate South Africa with cheese production, yet the country yields exceptional raw milk cheeses with unique tastes, generated through the specific territory and weather conditions of each of those cheeses. During a Taste Workshop at this year’s edition of the international Cheese* festival, two local dairy farms will showcase the country’s raw milk cheeses and the story of a nation that sees the variety of its landscapes and diverse climates in the varied panoramas of its artisanal cheeses!
