After almost two years’ absence the Slow Food Switzerland newsletter Adagio is back in a completely trilingual (German, French, Italian), four-color edition.
Edited by the experienced Ticino journalist Daniele Bigger, the publication will receive economic support from COOP Switzerland and will be printed in a run of 2,500 copies.
The first number features an article about Terra Madre and in the future plans to publish contributions from members export on matters of food and wine.
