The community aims to promote the preservation of some special natural products and ecosystems of the area, to develop the Slow Food Travel and Slow Village project, and to promote at the international level the Wenzhou Oucai cuisine and the best local chefs. Generally speaking, we will use the platform of the Slow Food international network to fully promote the Wenzhou cuisine, tourism, economy and culture in more than 90 countries
