Matreiðslumannadeild Slow Food Samtakanna kemur saman í Toskana 200 matreiðslumenn frá 7 mismunandi löndum til að berjast gegn veðurfarsbreytingum

Önnur aðalsamkoma matreiðslumannadeildar Slow Food Samtakanna fór fram 15. og 16. október sl. í Montecatini Terme (Toskana). Þar tóku þátt tvö hundruð matreiðslumenn frá sjö löndum (Albaníu, Rússlandi, Ítalíu, Íslandi, Belgíu, Frakklandi og Hollandi).
