Slow Wine Fair 2025

Bologna Fiere

23 Feb - 25 Feb 2025

Following the 2024 edition’s focus on soil health, essential for bringing out the best in every wine, Slow Wine Fair returns to BolognaFiere from February 23 to 25, 2025. Every edition of Slow Wine Fair focuses on a theme, connected to previous editions and explored through dedicated conferences and discussions. The 2025 edition will spotlight sustainability across the entire supply chain.  This includes diverse aspects such as bottling, transportation, and storage methods, their impact on carbon footprints, ways to reduce these sources of pollution, and the variety of wine certification types.

More than 1000 exhibitors from 29 countries will be present, with the most represented being France, Austria, Georgia, Slovenia, Germany and Spain, alongside Italian producers, of course. Delegates and producers of the Slow Food network from various countries such as Ukraine, Japan, Bulgaria, Greece, Australia, Latvia and Spain, among many others.

The Slow Wine Fair brings together members of the Slow Wine Coalition, winemakers, enthusiasts, and industry professionals – buyers, restaurateurs, wine shop owners, importers, distributors, chefs, and sommeliers – for three days of discussions about good, clean, and fair wine.
