Slow Food Coffee Coalition Roasters
Roasters are essential members of the Slow Food Coffee Coalition.
Their mission is to offer high-quality coffee, traceable, collaboratively guaranteed, and grown using agroforestry systems, in other words, coffee: Good, Clean, and Fair. They engage directly with coffee-producing farmers who adopt agroecological and regenerative practices. Roasters display the Slow Food Coffee Coalition logo to demonstrate their commitment, participation in the network, and educational work in the territory. They can also show the Slow Food Coffee Coalition logo on coffee packages from Slow Food communities that have joined the Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) certification initiative.
