Slow Food Programme

At the end of last year, the influential British radio programme, The Food Programme, devoted an entire broadcast to the Slow Food movement and its impact in the UK and around the world.

The programme, presented by Simon Parkes, includes interviews with John Dickie, author of Delizia! The Epic History of the Italians and Their Food, and Geoff Andrews, author of The Slow Food Story: Politics and Pleasure.
