Information provided in accordance with Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 regarding the processing of personal data:
- 1. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are only collected directly from the data subjects and supplied directly and voluntarily by them through the compilation of the contact form.
- 2. PROCESSING PURPOSES
Personal data are processed to fulfill and put into action the services requested by the interested party, including the sending of information and materials.
- 3. PROCESSING METHODS
Processing of data means the collection, recording, organization, storage, elaboration, modification, erasure and destruction of data, or the combination of two or more of these operations. In regards to the purposes mentioned above, the processing of personal data can be done by manual, computing or telecommunication means, using logic strictly correlated to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee security and confidentiality. Personal data will therefore be processed in compliance with the methods indicated in Article 11 of Legislative Decree 196/03, which states that, among other things, the data must be processed lawfully and fairly, collected and recorded for specific, clear, legitimate and exact objectives which must if necessary be updated, relevant, complete and not redundant in regards to the processing purposes, in compliance with the minimum rules of security and basic rights and liberties, as well as the dignity of the data subject with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity.
- 4. OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
If the data subjects do not communicate their essential data and do not allow its processing, it will not be possible to proceed with the fulfillment and putting into action of the proposed services and to complete the sending of the contact form. Providing any of the non-essential data is optional.
- 5. CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA COULD BE COMMUNICATED

(b) in cases specified by law
The data will not be disseminated.
- 6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 grants citizens specific rights. In particular, the data subject can obtain the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and have it made available to them in an intelligible form. The data subject can also ask for information about the origin of their data, as well as the logic and purposes on which the data processing is based and obtain the erasure, anonymization or blocking of unlawfully processed data, as well as the updating, rectification or, if interested, the integration of the data, and to object, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.

Having taken note of the information received and Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, the data subject agrees to the processing and the communication of their data for the purposes and within the limits laid out in the information, as per Point 1. (obligatory, otherwise it will be impossible to process to data in order to fulfill and put into action the services requested by the data subject)
