Eating is an ecological and political act – An interview with Miguel Altieri

We recently had the pleasure of discussing agroecology with Miguel Altieri, a professor at the University of California, Berkeley, the General Coordinator of the United Nations Sustainable Agriculture Program, and a scientific advisor to the Latin American Consortium on Agroecology and Development. His book, Agroecology: The Science of Sustainable Agriculture, is a foundational volume in the field of agroecology.
