In Defense of Authentic Hutsul Bryndza
Hutsul Bryndza is a sheep cheese made by the indigenous Hutsuls of the Ukrainian Carpathians. This unique cheese and the shepherds who produce it are under attack by cheaper imitation cheese. Slow Food stands with the Hutsuls as they fight for the protection and authenticity of Hutsul Bryndza
