Slow Fish in Action


The Master of Food

In Italy, Slow Food offers its members an original educational program: the Master of Food, a series of courses of four or five lessons each, which refine consumers’ sensibility and help them identify good-quality and ethically fair products. Each course is based around a particular ingredient or food category. A new curriculum for the course dedicated to fish will be launched at the end of 2010.

 

At the moment the courses are only being offered in Italy, but other countries have experimented with the idea by developing some similar activities of their own.
