Slow Food Ireland presents Wild&Slow2012, a unique festival that celebrates everything that is good about Irish food: fresh, local, traditional and wild. Wild&Slow2012 will host a series of Work Shops over two days. This is the ethos of Slow Food...the ethos of promoting, educating and protecting.
