Brief description
Slow Food Italy/International and Tour City Council and Slow Food France delegation visit to the Pargaujas district farmers. The aim of the visit is to share the experience between Slow Food members: • Meeting and exchange of experience with the NGO „Healthy at the city and at the country” • Inspection of the Straupes Dairy Cooperative • Visit to the sheep farm “Vilarija” at Rozula • Inspection of the stonecutter workshop/shop ”Ezerii” at Stalbe • Visit to the bakery at Daibe “Slow food” movement representatives from France and Italy get acquainted with the experience and activities of Pargauja farmers.
