Brief description
Presentatio of Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre at the old Castle of Ljubljana. More than 20 journalists attended the press conference held at the “Gostilna na gradu”, a renewed restaurant located in the old castle of Ljubljana. The press conference was called to present the Terra Madre project and Slow Food ethos, as well as main projects showcased at the fair in Turin: from the thousand garden in Africa to Slow Europe.
