NEW VIDEO: Ark of Taste

22 May 14

Slow Food has released a new video explaining more about one of our of many international projects to preserve food biodiversity.

The Ark of Taste is an online catalogue of endangered products: an extraordinary heritage of fruits, vegetables, animal breeds, cheeses, breads, sweets and cured meats. With currently over 1,700 products listed, the Ark is growing day by day…

You can help us protect biodiversity by nominating a product to save! Find out more www.slowfoodfoundation.org/ark
