Vuelve Cheese – Las formas de la leche, evento bienal programado en Bra (Piamonte) del 18 al 21 de septiembre de 2009, organizado por Slow Food y el Ayuntamiento de Bra y que ha alcanzado ya su séptima edición. Esta feria internacional se ha convertido ya en punto de referencia para los artesanos de la cadena lácteo-quesera mundial y para un amplio público de apasionados, gracias a su capacidad de dar a conocer “las mil almas del queso, desde los animales hasta el producto terminado. Porque cada queso es el resultado de una larga historia, con sus identidades y sus características específicas.
