A Quality Public at Slow Fish 2007

8,000 people flocked to the Fiera di Genova yesterday, May 4, for the first day of the 2007 edition of Slow Fish.
The number was already a good sign of the fair’s success, but a further analysis revealed that the majority of the attendees came from outside the region and that many were not Italian. Clearly these were highly motivated visitors, with a great interest in the themes dealt with inside the event and, according to the exhibitors, very informed about the world of fish and fishing.
Today saw a considerable increase in the attendance figures: By mid-afternoon the turnstiles had registered 11,000 entrants, an increase due primarily to an influx of local visitors.
