NEW VIDEO: Ark of Taste

Slow Food has released a new video explaining more about one of our of many international projects to preserve food biodiversity.

 

The Ark of Taste is an online catalogue of endangered products: an extraordinary heritage of fruits, vegetables, animal breeds, cheeses, breads, sweets and cured meats. With currently over 1,700 products listed, the Ark is growing day by day…
